“Don’t Talk to the Police” was recorded a number of years ago. This video, 46 minutes in length, is not a conservative, liberal, or anti-law enforcement message. It is a story about basic civil rights. Many good people, including Martha Stewart, went to prison because they failed to abide by this simple principle.

This video should be required viewing for anyone who thinks that talking to the police will straighten things out. For example, do people honestly believe that Robert Mueller will shut down his investigation as soon as Donald Trump sits down with him to answer a few questions? No. A conversation with the police is always an invitation for the police to investigate another lead or comment that was brought up during the interview or interrogation.

This may be the best legal advice ever given.
